Computational Biology and Machine Learning

We are currently looking for highly motivated master students, PhD students and postdocs. If you are interested in our work and would like to pursue a project in computational biology email an informal inquiry.

Applicants for a postdoc position should have a PhD in Computational Biology, Biostatistics, Statistics, Physics or related quantitative field. Knowledge in Molecular Biology is desirable. Strong programming skills (R/python/C++/Java) in scientific or statistical computing in a Linux environment, and a solid statistical/mathematical background as well as good communication skills are essential.

Master and PhD students should have some of the above mentioned skills and the potential and interest to acquire the remaining ones.
